The Cement silo comprises of silo steel structure parts, ladders, guardrails, feeding pipes, dust collectors, pressure safety valves, high and low-level meters, and discharge valves. The cement silo, also known as a cement tank, is a cylindrical structure designed to prevent material accumulation by increasing its content capacity. The base of the silo is supported by four cylindrical round pipe legs that provide balance and stability. The entire warehouse is constructed using a steel structure, welded to enhance its solidity. The top of the silo is equipped with a dust collector and a pressure safety valve to prevent material pollution and improve storage safety.
working principle:
The system is designed to store equipment for cement or coal ash containers. Before starting work, the cement truck with standard pressure should transport cement into the cement bin. In the initial delivery process to the silo, the upper and lower level indicator lights respectively shine. The flashing display light on the level control panel indicates that the cement bin is extremely full, and the transfer of cement must be terminated immediately. In order to apply the dumping device, adjust the handle to a suitable position and then gradually dispense the cement outward. During the conveyance process, the automatic and pneumatic arch breaking devices prevent arch formation, maintain loose cement, and successfully transport it outside. This prevents material blockage. The material level display light will turn off when the cement amount is lower than the lower feeder part, indicating the need to transport new cement inside immediately. To ensure a successful cement mixing, it's necessary to install a vibrator to improve the air permeability of the cement bin. In humid conditions, frequent opening of the pneumatic arch breaking device is required to successfully lift and convey the cement. If there is a problem with the cement silo, an operator can enter through the manhole to identify and troubleshoot the issue. After completing the manhole, it is essential to secure it tightly and seal it effectively to avoid any cement from seeping back into the tide and forming lumps
