Rotary dryer is widely used to dry materials in industries like cement, mining, construction, chemical, food, compound fertilizer, etc. Thermocouples are installed in feeding and discharging units to control temperature. A temperature change in the dryer also can be indicated by the thermometer, which is convenient for temperature control inside the dryer ( it is usually 250-350ºC). The dryer has the advantages of reasonable structure, high efficiency, low energy consumption, and convenience for transportation.
The three-return dryer is composed of three concentric cylinders with different diameters nested together, rather than linked together. It is a chain. This special structure determines its output. Therefore, this new dryer is also called the three-return dryer.
