Working Principle:

 

Automatic control instrument received weight signal of weight signal from the weighing sensor, control the quick or slow speed of feeding device, to achieve the purpose of automatic filling; With a semi-automatic roller conveyor and lid-pressing/clamping device to complete the filling and sealing process.

Working Process
The operator puts the packaging drum on the weighing table to align the outlet, start the switch, the pneumatic butterfly valve is fully opened, the paint begins to release into the packaging barrel, when the rough flow setting is reached, the pneumatic butterfly valve automatically closes 1/2, the discharge speed begins to slow down, when the total weight is close to the set, the pneumatic butterfly valve is completely closed, stop the discharge, the filling ends, manually put the barrel lid on the bucket and push it to the bottom of the gland (clamp cap) mechanism through the rolling slide, start the gland (clamp cap) power button, The glandling (clamp cap) mechanism automatically presses or clamps the lid at the moment of contact with the barrel lid under the action of the cylinder, and then automatically rises to the original position, the packaging ends.It is worth mentioning that the weight error of the packaged barrel will be relatively large, this is because at this time the control system is calculating the part of the drop value of the material that still falls into the barrel after the valve is closed and the valve reaches what value is completely closed and continuously adjusted, corrected to improve the filling accuracy, after three barrels, the filling accuracy can reach ±0.01 ~ 0.03%, the filling pass rate is more than 98%, and the filling speed can reach 120 ~ 180Kg per minute.
