The discharge method at the bottom of the mixer: powder materials, high-fineness materials, and semi-fluid materials use manual butterfly valves or pneumatic butterfly valves. Manual butterfly valves are economical and suitable. Jackets can be configured where heating or cooling is required. There are two heating methods: electric heating and steam heating: electric heating is convenient, but the heating speed is fast and the energy consumption is high; steam heating needs to be equipped with boilers and pipes, etc., which requires a large investment and low energy consumption. The cooling process can directly inject cooling water into the jacket, the jacket has a large heat exchange area and a fast cooling speed. The motor and the stirring spindle are directly connected by a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, which has a simple structure, stable operation, and convenient maintenance.
