The horizontal cement silo is square, with the bottom supported by several legs. The discharge cone is square. The silo body is made of a frame made of corrugated boards and profiles welded together and the overall height is low. The horizontal cement silo is equipped with a cement discharge port and a screw conveyor at the bottom for convenient unloading and transportation.

working principle:

 

First, after the storage bin is fixed, the cement is transported to the site by the bulk cement truck, and then the conveying pipeline of the bulk cement truck is connected with the feed pipeline of the cement bin (cement tank), and the cement in the tank is transported to the cement bin (cement tank) through the gas pressure of the bulk cement truck.
Second, in the process of conveying cement to the storage bin, the operator continuously presses the button of the vibration motor of the dust collector to shake off the cement attached to the dust collector bag to prevent blocking the bag and the explosion of the bin.
Third, once the bag is blocked, the pressure in the bin exceeds the safety pressure of the top pressure safety valve, and the pressure safety valve can be opened to release the pressure in the bin to prevent the occurrence of an explosion accident.
Fourth, through the high and low material levels can observe the warehouse full and short material.
When it is necessary to discharge the material, the manual discharge valve at the bottom of the cone should be opened first, and then the cement is transported out through the cement conveying device (screw conveyor).
