Column palletizer consist of conveyors, carton arrangement system, palletizing main machine, complete layer gripper, pallet dispenser, full pallet conveyor, empty pallet conveyor, control system.
The column robot palletizer can handle bags containing stable, aerated or powdery products, permitting partial overlapping of the bags in the layer along both the top and sides, offering flexible format changes.
It is mainly used for whole-layer palletizing at the back end of production lines in beer, beverage, pharmaceutical and other industries. It has 3 degrees of freedom, namely vertical movement, horizontal movement and vertical rotation.
