Screw conveyors are spiral bulk material transportation systems that convey raw ingredients to and from processing areas that are on different levels of a facility.

These conveyors can horizontally transport materials, also they can slant at different angles to economically elevate and convey materials up and down floors.

They require ample space and an increased amount of power to lift the material, depending on the steepness of the angle.

Application

Screw Conveyor is ideal for hard-to-transport materials ranging from irregularly shaped dry solids such as scrap wood and metals to semiliquid and sticky materials including pulp, compost, food-processing waste, hospital waste, and wastewater products.

Loose materials such as powder, granular, and small piece block material, which includes: clay powder, pulverized coal, cement, sand, grain, a small piece of coal, cobble, cast iron filings, etc. 
Also can transport the waste (seeds and skin) from the processing of fruits such as mangoes, tomatoes, and guavas. 

It is widely used for loose cement transportation from a cement warehouse to a mixer or from a cement warehouse to a pounding machine in a concrete mixing plant. or be used on beverage, and jam production lines.
