Working Process:
Giving the bag (loading the bag) → automatically clamps the bag→ Material is automatically quantitatively weighed and filled into bags→ Automatic bag release /bag holding/bag transfer→ Automatic label feeding /folding /or heat sealing/or sewing→ Entering the next process
working principle:
The machine consists of mechanical and electrical controls. Electric control consists of pressure sensors and an electric cabinet; Mechanical control consists of a multistage feeding mechanism, weighing hopper, folder bag mechanism and frame, etc
When the electronic scale is working, the feeding door is shut down in the first place under the control of the controller, and open feeding mechanism for charging after automatic peeling and reset. Materials are put into the weighing hopper continuously, pressure sensor converts weight into corresponding electrical signals, and then sent to the controller. The controller shows the weight of the material on the front panel window. According to the parameters of the output control signal in turns, weighing hoppers were charged by the feeding mechanism in 3 flow rate ways: fastest, general fast, and slow. Because of the original with a triple combination cylinder form, the machine shook seriously. Now it changed to a single set of separation and vibration feeding of blanking form, complete quantitative feeding accurately without shaking. There were no squeezes or damage to the appearance of the materials. Feeding mechanisms all closed down after the completion of the loading process, the weighing hopper opened the bottom of the feeding door first, The material is pumped into the bag depending on the weight of it's own. After feeding, the feeding door closes, the folder bag mechanism opens and put down the bag. Clip bag toggle switch control folder bag institutions open and shut up, to manual bagging operations. Only when the folder bag institutions are in a state of the clamp, the control signal can be sent out, and then fed.
