Rotary dryer is widely used to dry materials in industries like cement, mining, construction, chemical, food, compound fertilizer, etc. Thermocouples are installed in feeding and discharging units to control temperature. A temperature change in the dryer also can be indicated by the thermometer, which is convenient for temperature control inside the dryer ( it is usually 250-350ºC). The dryer has the advantages of reasonable structure, high efficiency, low energy consumption, and convenience for transportation.
Sand dryer is also known as the three layers drum dryer, three return cylinder dryer, on the basis of the single-cylinder dryer, developed and manufactured, which is an industrial dryer on non-viscous, liquid material.
